摘　　要：通过分析国内外婴幼儿配方粉生产企业情况及我国其他行业GMP情况,依据GMP体系的基本原理和方法,提出在我国婴幼儿配方粉生产企业中建立GMP体系管理模式,介绍其基本过程及评价程序等内容,更充分保障婴幼儿配方粉的卫生质量和安全。According to the principles and methods of GMP system, actual condition of production enterprises of infant formula powder in China were analyzed ,the process and evaluation procedure of the Chinese GMP model in production enterprises of infant formula powder were proposed and applied to assure the quality and safety of infant formula powder.
