数字鸿沟与教育不平等

摘　　要：信息技术的迅速发展和广泛运用,在促进社会经济、政治、文化进步,提升人们生活水平的同时,也造成了日益扩大的数字鸿沟。本文基于信息技术的工具理性,分析了数字鸿沟加剧区域之间、种族之间、阶层之间、性别之间教育不平等的客观事实。同时,提出更新教育信息化发展观念、克服教育信息技术功利化倾向、促进教育信息化资源共享、加大信息化建设均衡发展力度是消解由数字鸿沟导致教育不平等的有效策略。The rapid development and extensive application of information technology promotes socio - economic, political and cultural progress and improves people＇s living standards as well as results in the digital division. Based on the instnnnental rationality of information technology, this paper analyzes the objective facts of education inequality aggravated by digital division between regions, races, classes anal genders, and puts forward effective strategies to eliminate this inequality： such as proposing to update the concept of the development of education information, overcoming the utilitarian tendency of educational information technology, promoting the resource sharing of educational informatization and enhancing the balanced develooment of informatization construction.
