摘　　要：本文通过对物流人才市场的调查,北航与国内外高校物流管理专业课程设置的对比,及对北航物流管理专业教师与学生的调查,分析了北航物流管理专业课程体系设置的不足,结合专业建设、教学实践的需求、本校的办学特点,提出了北航物流管理专业教学改革的建议,并就如何突出北航特色进行了探讨。Based on the investigation of the logistics talent market, the comparison of the course setup of logistics management specialty between Beijing University of Aemnantics and Astronautics and other colleges at home and abroad as well as the survey of professors and students in the institute of logistics management specialty, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of the course setup of logistics management specialty in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, makes proposals for the teaching reforms of logistics management and discusses on how to highlight the characteristics of this university according to the specialty Construction, the demand of teaching practice and characteristics of running school.
