摘　　要：内涵式发展是"城校互动"职教发展模式自身健康成长的需要,是参与职业教育市场竞争的需要,是区域经济社会发展对人才需求质量提高的需要。"城校互动"职教发展模式内涵式发展应当加强战略观念、政府支持、质量工程、合作交流、研究咨询、城市氛围等六大系统建设。Connotation development is the demand of healthy growth of ＂city-school interaction＂ vocational education development model, is the demand of vocational education participating in market competition and demand of enhancing talents quality of regional economic and social development. The connotation development of ＂city-school interaction＂ vocational education model should strengthen systematic construction in six aspects： strategical view, governmental policy, quality engineering, cooperation and communication, study and eonsuhation and city atmosphere.
