摘　　要：以A大学为个案,对高校目标管理实施现状进行调查分析。通过问卷调查和个别访谈,对目前高校目标管理实施中面临的理论困惑与实践问题进行梳理和分析。提出优化高校实现目标管理效能,需要引导组织成员广泛参与,上下达成共识;"三方"准确定位,规范目标体系;优化管理过程,提高管理效能;实施科学考核,达到有效激励。Taking University A as a case,this paper investigates and analyzes the implementation of the management by object(MBO) in higher education institutions.Through the questionnaire survey and the individual interview,the research combs out and analyzes the confusion in theory and the problems in practice which presently the higher education institutions faces in implementing MBO.The paper proposes that optimizing MBO in the higher education institutions requires wide participation of the members,a consensus between the upper and the lower,accurate location among the 'three parties',standard object system,optimized management process and high efficiency in management,scientific assessment,and effective stimulation.
