摘 要:对动物双歧杆菌01的耐硒性能和最适富硒条件进行初步研究。结果显示:当MRS培养基中硒(Ⅳ)含量为12μg/ml时,即为动物双歧杆菌01的最大耐硒量;动物双歧杆菌01富硒最适培养条件为:培养基硒(Ⅳ)浓度8μg/ml,接种量5%,培养6h时加硒,培养时间为48h;在最适培养条件下进行培养后,其菌体硒含量高达(898±74)μg/g,硒转化率为(28.1±2.4)%。The selenium tolerance of Bifidobacterium animalis 01 isolated from feces of long-life persons living in Bama area of Guangxi in China was investigated and the conditions for selenium enrichment in this strain were optimized by single-factor and orthogonal array methods. The maximum concentration of selenium in the culture medium was 12μg/ml for Bifidobacterium animalis 01. The optimal conditions for selenium enrichment in Bifidobacterium animalis 01 were determined as follows: Se(Ⅳ) concentration 8μg/ml, inoculation amount 5%, adding selenium to the medium at the 6^th of culture, and culture time 48 h. Under these conditions, the selenium content in Bifidobacterium animalis 01reached (898 ± 74) μg/g and the conversion rate of selenium was (28.1 ± 2.4)%.
