摘　　要：中国法学三十年发展,产生了为数众多的法学作品和法律学人。其中单篇影响相对较小但是数量最为众多的是法学主要作品。这些作品不仅历时性地体现了不同时期法学作品对当代中国法学的不同影响,而且从总体上反映了中国法学包括原创作品在内的突出的"内向型法学"、"时效性法学"、"教科书法学"的特点。与此同时,论文类法学主要作品近年来在数量和比例上的逐步增加也构成了当代中国法学发展的一个重要趋势。As a result of thirty years of development, Chinese legal studies have given rise to a large number of legal works and legal scholars, individual legal works are less influential but largest in number. These works have diachronically represented the changing impact of legal works on contemporary legal studies over the years. They have also reflected the striking features of Chinese legal studies （including the original works）, such as their ＂inwardness＂, ＂temporality＂, and ＂textbook style＂. In recent years, the number and proportion of legal theses have increased steadily and have formed an important trend in the current development of Chinese legal studies.
