摘  要:为开发芍药在天然抗氧化剂和医药保健等相关领域的应用价值,以粉绫红株、红茶花、赵园粉、玲珑玉和白玉盘5个品种芍药根为材料,研究了95%乙醇提取液在α,α-二苯-β-苦味肼(DPPH)自由基体系、卵黄脂蛋白多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)体系、邻苯三酚自氧化体系中的抗氧化活性,对比分析不同品种芍药的抗氧化效果。结果表明,不同品种芍药根提取液均具有较强的清除DPPH自由基的能力,对卵黄脂蛋白PUFA过氧化和邻苯三酚自氧化也具有一定的抑制作用,且随着提取液浓度的升高抗氧化效果越好。芍药根提取液有较好的抗氧化能力,具有一定的药用价值。The study aimed to provide the experimental and theoretic basis for the exploitation of Paeonia lactiflora in natural antioxidant and medical treatment and health proteetion. The antioxidant activities of the 95% ethanol extracts from the root of five Paeonia lactiflora. "Fenlinghongzhu", " Hongchahua", "Zhaoyuanfen", "Linglongyu" and "Baiyupan" were measured in vitro by the assays of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical, peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) in lipoprotein, as well as the pyrogallol auto-oxidation. The antioxidant activities of several Paeonia lactiflora extracts were analyzed and compared. The scavenging effects of the Paeonia lactiflora extracts on DPPH radical were better, also they had a certain inhibiting effects on anti-peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acid in lipoprotein and the pyrogallol auto-oxidation. And antioxidant effects were enhanced with the concentration of extracts increasing. Several Paeonia lactiflora extracts had the better antioxidant capacities, and had a certain medical values.
