摘  要:目的探讨临床带教中能提高科室整体带教水平及护生满意度的有效方法。方法在综合1CU护生带教中推行首问负责制,科室首位接受护生提问或咨询的护士作为首问负责人,当场回答,不能及时给予答复者,指导寻求相关部门或相关人员进行解答;每批护生实习结束前,征求意见并及时反馈。结果推行首问负责制后应答率提高(P<0.01),护生对科室带教的满意度达100.00%,2年内护理部及护生对科室带教评价位居全院首位。结论首问负责制的带教方式提高了科室的整体带教水平和护生的满意度。Objective To explore effective management methods to improve the quality of clinical teaching and increase the students' satisfaction. Methods The guaranteed satisfactory solution system was applied in the clinical teaching in ICU. The nurses whoever taking the first enquiry must he responsible for a guaranteed satisfactory solution for the nursing students. Results The response rate was increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the students' satisfaction was 100.00%. The clinical teaching in ICU was ranked as the first one by nursing students and nursing department in the two recent years. Conclusion The practice of guaranteed satisfactory solution system can improve the quality of clinical teaching and increase the students' satisfaction.
