摘  要:对味精废液的特性、谷氨酸菌体蛋白的提取工艺、主要提取方法进行了综述。随着我国畜牧业的快速发展,蛋白质饲料短缺现象越来越严重,开发利用谷氨酸菌体蛋白,不但可缓解我国蛋白质饲料短缺现象,还可减轻对环境的污染,具有重大的经济效益和环境效益。菌体蛋白是废弃资源的综合利用,成本相对较低,经济效益突出,可实现变废为宝,因此开发利用菌体蛋白具有广阔的发展前景。The character of monosodium glutamate wastewater, the extraction technology and methods of bacterial protein from glutamate fermentation wastewater were reviewed. Along with the rapid development of animal husbandry in China, the shortage of protein feedstuffs is getting more and more serious. Exploiting and utilizing bacterial protein from glutamate fermentation wastewater can not only alleviate the shortage phenomenon of protein feedstuffs in China, but also lighten the environmental pollution, which has great economic and environmental benefits. The us e of bacterial protein could turn waste resources into a benefit,which costs lower and brings remarkable economic benefits. Therefore, the utilization of bacterial protein from glutamate fermentation wastewater has broad development prospects.
