摘　　要：错流过滤是全面推动啤酒过滤技术革新的新型技术。通过过滤过程的分析,建立了工艺优化的思路和解决膜堵塞问题的方法,评价了该技术成熟后的经济效益,及啤酒错流过滤技术在啤酒业可观的发展前景。Beer cross-flow filtration is a brand new technology to advance all-round beer industry technical innovation. Some thoughts on and practice of process optimization and filter Clogging solutions were developed by filtration analysis. The economic benefits of this matured technique were assessed. The analysis revealed that the new technology could get a promising development.
