摘  要:采用二次碱处理结合酶处理的方法,从干燥啤酒酵母渣中提取高纯度的酵母β-葡聚糖,再以异丙醇为分散剂、一氯乙酸钠为醚化剂,采用二次加碱醚化反应,制备羧甲基葡聚糖。对产品进行了初步分析,结果显示修饰后的葡聚糖羧甲基的取代度为0.55,分子量Mn为2.66×105,Mw为3.67×105,可用作皮肤免疫激活剂。High purity β-1,3-glucan was isolated from waste dry beer barm by two-step alkali extraction and enzyme extraction methods. Then carboxymethyl glucan was prepared by two-step alkali-adding etherification with isopropanol as the solven and sodium monochloroacetic as the etherifying agent. The product carboxymethyl glucan was analyzed and the results revealed that the degree of substitution of carboxymethyl glucan was 0.55, molecular weight Mn was 2.66× 10^5, and molecular weight Mw was 3.67× 10^5. The product could be used as skin immune activator.
