摘　　要：在以知识、技术、信息为关键要素的现代经济条件下,企业组织开始表现出一些新的特征,人力资源成为企业的关键资源,人力资源的管理部门也将成为企业的核心部门。如何把握人力资源管理的发展趋势,顺应变革,实现管理理念的创新成为企业管理的重要课题。Under the modern economic conditions whose key elements are knowledge, technology and information, Business management has got some new characteristics. Human resources management is particularly important. How to grasp the development trend of human resources management, to adapt to changes, and to innovate management ideas become an important subject of corporate governance.
