摘　　要：本文对计算机辅助教学课件和多媒体教学技术的特点与优势进行了分析与评价，提出了20项建议，认为必须在实践中积极推进并恰当应用计算机辅助教学课件。The computer assisted-instruction and the technology of multi-media for education are rapidly developed and widely used. It is obvious that this kind of modern educational technology has own features and advantages, yet certain flaws and misuses exist. So it must be positively promoted and properly used. There are 20 pieces of advices worth being noticed.
