摘　　要：军校新教员基层培养工作离不开教研室、导师、新教员自身三方面的协同努力。本文论述了军事交通学院军车动力教研室将教研室、导师、新教员组合成一个有机体的军校新教员"三位一体"培养模式。在此指导思想下,开展了军校新教员基层培养工作的探索与实践。The teaching and research section, tutor and new teacher＇s cooperating efforts are related to the cuhivatation of military new teachers in grass roots. The paper elaborates ＂the trinity＂ cultivating mode which is carried out by combining the military vehicle power teaching and research section, tutors and new teachers in academy of military transportation organically. Under the guideline, the exploration and practice of military new teachers cultivating work are developed.
