摘  要:采用化学发光法和H2O2诱导PC12氧化损伤修复模型,对三种金耳菌丝体醇提物的抗氧化活性及PC12细胞氧化损伤的修复作用进行研究与比较。结果显示:三种醇提物均有良好的抗氧化活性,其中YK抗氧化活性最高,对H2O2清除率的IC50为28.66μg/mL,YK在相同浓度下对H2O2自由基的清除作用高于对超氧自由基的清除作用;三种醇提物对H2O2诱导的PC12细胞氧化损伤都有修复作用,其中YK修复效果最好,当浓度为10μg/mL,50μg/mL和200μg/mL时,修复率分别为30.8%,40.6%和56.1%,呈现明显的浓度依赖性。In this paper, in vitro, antioxidant activity and oxidative injury rehabilitation for PC12 of ethanol extracts from three kinds Tremella aurantialba mycelia were investigated by using the O2^.- system and H2O2 system.The superoxide free radical (O2^.-) system and H2O2 system assay showed three samples had antioxidant activity. The ethanol extracts of the strain YK had the best activity among three strains, and its IC50 was only (28.66±1.3) μg/mL in scavenging activity of H2O2 system. The scavenging activity for the H2O2 was higher than that for O2^.- at the similar concentration. Three ethanol extracts samples could rehabilitate PC12 cells after H2O2 treatment, and the ethanol extracts of the strain YK was the best one. Its rehabilitation rate was 30.8%, 40.6% and 56.1%, respectively, with the testing concentrations 10 μg/mL, 50 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL, indicating in dosedependent manner. The results revealed that the ethanol extracts from three kinds of Tremella aurantialba mycelia possessed notable antioxidant activitities and oxidative injury rehabilitation effect, so they will be potential resources to be used as an antioxidative natural agents.
