摘　　要：本文从科学发展观角度出发,分析了在当代中国高校治理中贯彻科学发展观的必要性,旨在为高校科学发展,以人为本提供一些理论借鉴。提出了三项建议:重视高校工作"以人为本"的重要性;完善高校教师激励制度;关心高校老师身心健康,让老师成为一个幸福的人。Based on the concept of scientific development,this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development in the governance of colleges and universities in contemporary China,in hopes of providing theoretical reference for the colleges＇ scientific development and people-oriented theory.It puts forward three proposals： attaching importance to people orientation in the work of colleges and universities;perfecting incentive system of university teachers;concerned about the physical and mental health of college teachers so that teachers become happy persons.
