摘　　要：高校落实科学发展观的根本要求就是内涵发展。认识科学发展观对高校内涵发展的指导意义,探析科学发展观意蕴下高校内涵发展的属性特征,更新思路,转换观念,将人以及高校自身的可持续发展作为高校内涵发展的价值追求,突出高校的"社会贡献率"对高校内涵发展效能的目标指引与评估意义,这对于办好人民满意的大学不仅具有十分重要的现实意义,同时也具有十分重要的理论意义。Connotation development is the fundamental requirement of college＇s implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development.To explore the attribute features of college＇s connotation development,update thoughts and transform concepts,pursue the sustainable development of human and college,and attach importance to the guiding and evaluating meaning of college＇s social contribution to its connotation development efficiency,are of great significance to running colleges to people＇s satisfaction
