中小学校OCW课程建设探讨

摘　　要：OCW的宗旨是优质教育资源共享,同时它又是一个集课程开发、教学管理、质量控制为一体的系统工程。借鉴高校精品课建设的经验,在中小学校中开展OCW课程建设,将有利于调动中小学教师参与课程改革的积极性,整合现有教学资源,提高中小学校的教学质量水平和学校品牌的价值。在调查研究的基础上,课题组对中小学校OCW的要素、可能性、支持系统和社会效应等作了初步的探讨。OCW is a system which includes the course development,teaching management and quality control.The aim of OCW is to let the world share the advanced teaching resources.If the experience of developing excellent courses of the university can be used in the elementary education,OCW will encourage the teacher to take part in the teaching reform.OCW makes existing teaching resources more efficient and it will raise the quality of elementary education and promote the value of the brand of school.On the foundation of investigation and research,the article discusses OCW＇s main elements,possibility,support system and social effect.
