北京民办幼儿园发展的问题与对策

摘　　要：改革开放以来,北京民办学前教育事业迅速发展,但也存在着一些突出的问题,如民办幼儿园的发展缺乏规划和监管;幼儿教师队伍质量良莠不齐、流动频繁;幼儿园收费高。本研究建议从以下几方面着手改进:完善扶持政策,降低民办幼儿园办园成本;加强对民办幼儿园教师聘用制度的监管;加强财务监管,规范民办幼儿园收费;突出民办园办园特色,提高其保教质量。Since the reform and opening, non-government funded preschool education in Beijing has developed greatly, but it has also encountered some problems, such as the lack of planning and supervision. This paper suggests that we could promote the development of private kindergarten by perfecting the policies of supporting preschool education, reinforcing the supervision to the regulations of employment of kindergarten teachers and financial affairs, standardizing the charge of kindergarten and highlighting its characteristics.
