摘 要:[目的]研究蔗糖基聚合物对茶树菇产量及品质的影响,为蔗糖基聚合物应用于茶树菇生产提供参考依据。[方法]用1.0%的蔗糖基聚合物水溶液对茶树菇进行3种栽培处理,茶树菇的产量、生物学效率以及品质性状被测定。[结果]结果表明,蔗糖基聚合物应用于茶树菇栽培具有显著的增产增效作用,其中,蔗糖基聚合物以拌料处理增产效果最优,增产率达28.4%,生物学效应达75.4%;而现蕾后以喷施处理对茶树菇品质提高有显著作用,蛋白质、多糖和Vc含量分别提高了26.1%、18.6%和2.1%。[结论]蔗糖基聚合物可以作为一种新型食用菌生长调节剂,应用于茶树菇生产。[ Objective ] The aim was to research the effect of sucrose-based polymers on the yield and quality of Agrocybe chaxingu, and provide reference basis for application of sucrose-based polymers in Agrocybe chaxingu production. [ Method ] Using 1.0% sucrose-based polymers water solution to carry out 3 kinds of cultivation treatment on Agrocybe chaxingu, the yield, biological efficiency and quality of Agrocybe chaxingu were determined. [ Result] The result showed that application of sucrose-based polymers in Agrocybe chaxingu cultivation had a yield increase effect, the sucrose-based polymers used as mixing material, the yield increase effect was optimal, the yield increase rate was 28.4% , biological efficiency was 75.4%. After flower bud, the effect of treatment spraying on quality increase of Agrocybe chaxingu was significant, the contents of protein, polysaccharide and Vc was increased 26.1% , 18.6% and 2.1%, respectively. [ Conclusion] Sucrose-based polymers can be used as a kind of growth regulator of edible fungi, and applied in production of Agrocybe chaxingu.
