摘　　要：国际医学教育委员会（institute for International Medical Eduction，IME）和世界卫生组织（World Health Organization，WHO）对21世纪的医学人才标准提出了新的要求，富于了新的内涵。将其科学地引入到住院医师规范化培训体系中，探讨出一套系统、科学、合理、有效的住院医师培训模式和质量保证体系，是促进医学教育与国际接轨，提高我国临床医疗整体水平的重要措施。Institute for International Medical Education （IME） and World Health Organization （WHO） have proposed new demands and endowed with new meaning for the standards of medical personnel in the 21st century. Bringing them into the standardized resident training and to explore a set of systemic, scientific, rational and effective residency training model and quality assurance system is important measure to promote medical education in line with international practice and to raise the level of domestic clinical medicine.
