摘　　要：揭示法律术语研究的新视野——运用认知语言学的范畴化理论来构建法律术语的方法以及如何运用范畴化方法解决法律术语的有关问题。This paper aims at shedding light on the new horizon of legal terminology studies—the approach of the use of categorization,a branch of cognitive linguistics,in forming legal terminology.It also introduces how to apply the categorizational approach to some problems concerning legal terminology.
