广西普通高校教师队伍建设的基本原则

摘　　要：文章结合广西普通高校实际,提出广西普通高校教师队伍建设应遵循学科专业水平与职业背景相统一、教学与科研并重、学术自由与学术责任相统一、选拔和培养学科带头人与学术团队建设相结合、教师队伍建设与基础设施建设相协调等原则。The paper proposes to construct the teachers team in Guangxi institutes should obey the principle of combining the professional level of subject and profession background,teaching and research,academic freedom and responsibility,selecting out and cultivating the academic talents and building up the academic teams as well as constructing teacher s team in higher institutes and foundational facilities.
