摘　　要：我国高等职业教育人才培养模式正在发生着一场极其重大的转变。在高职教育培养目标基本确定的情况下,高职教育的专业设置逐步走向有序和灵活;课程体系由学科本位向能力本位转变;适应不同专业特点,教学采用相应的工学结合模式。具有中国特色的高职教育人才培养模式正在形成。The talent cultivation model of higher vocational education is experiencing an important reform. Under the established cultivation objectives, the specialty setup of higher vocational education is gradually becoming ordering and flexible; curriculum system is transforming from subject-based to ability-based; the teaching model of teaching and learning combination model is adopted according to characteristics of different specialties, and the talent cultivation model of Chinese characteristics is forming.
