摘  要:工学结合不仅是高技能人才培养的必然选择,也是高职教师专业发展的有效路径。工学结合为高职教师专业发展优化发展环境,提供激发自我超越的动力,完善知识结构,提升教学技巧。工学结合有效促进教师专业发展,要积极推动教师实践活动,拓展教师对话平台,构建长效管理机制,组建工学结合团队。The combination of working and studying is not only an inevitable choice to train highly skilled talent, but also an effective path for the professional development of higher vocational college teachers. The combination of working and studying can optimize development environment for the professional development of higher vocational college teachers, stimulate their driving force of self-transcendence, help them to improve their knowledge structure and enhance their teaching skills. If the combination of working and studying wants to effectively promote professional development of higher vocational college teachers, higher vocational colleges must actively promote teachers' practice activities, develop a dialogue platform for teachers, build a long-term management mechanism and form a staff team for working and studying combination.
