摘　　要：改革开放30年是我国高等教育大改革、大发展的重要时期,探讨和总结30年来我国高等教育发展的主要经验包括:在意识形态上,不断解放思想,坚持用发展的观点与时俱进地认识高等教育的属性、价值和功能;在体制机制上,坚持用改革创新的办法,不断破解高等教育发展难题;在发展理念上,追求协调发展、可持续发展和科学发展;在发展路径上,采取重点突破,带动整体发展的策略,推动高等教育整体水平和质量提升;在发展过程中,坚持以人为本,维护高等教育稳定发展大局。30 years of reform and opening-up is an important period for Chinese higher education development, discussing the main experiences of Chinese higher education development is meaningful to promote it. The main experiences include： on the ideology, we consistently liberate our thought and recognize the attribute, value and function of higher education with developing view as times changes; on the systems and mechanism, we persist in the way of reform and innovation to deal with and solve the difficulties about the development of higher education; on the development idea, we pursue balanced, sustainable and scientific development; on the ways and means of development, we concentrate efforts to construct key universities to promote the development of the whole; during the reform, we consistently put human in the first place and keep a stable environment for the development of higher education.
