摘  要:改革开放30年是我国高等教育大改革、大发展的重要时期,探讨和总结30年来我国高等教育发展的主要经验包括:在意识形态上,不断解放思想,坚持用发展的观点与时俱进地认识高等教育的属性、价值和功能;在体制机制上,坚持用改革创新的办法,不断破解高等教育发展难题;在发展理念上,追求协调发展、可持续发展和科学发展;在发展路径上,采取重点突破,带动整体发展的策略,推动高等教育整体水平和质量提升;在发展过程中,坚持以人为本,维护高等教育稳定发展大局。30 years of reform and opening-up is an important period for Chinese higher education development, discussing the main experiences of Chinese higher education development is meaningful to promote it. The main experiences include: on the ideology, we consistently liberate our thought and recognize the attribute, value and function of higher education with developing view as times changes; on the systems and mechanism, we persist in the way of reform and innovation to deal with and solve the difficulties about the development of higher education; on the development idea, we pursue balanced, sustainable and scientific development; on the ways and means of development, we concentrate efforts to construct key universities to promote the development of the whole; during the reform, we consistently put human in the first place and keep a stable environment for the development of higher education.
