摘  要:教学工作是幼儿园教育教学管理的核心,教学质量直接关系着幼儿园的生存和发展。提高教学工作的质量,必须依靠园本教研的有效开展。实现园本教研的有效开展,有赖于正确认识园本教研,反思园本教研现存的问题,探寻园本教研有效进行的对策。The teaching work is a core of the kindergarten education anti teaching management, me teaching quality relates to the existence and the development of kindergarten directly. Raise the quality of the teaching work, have to depend on expansion of the teaching study with making kindergarten the center effectively. And how to carry it out depend on right understanding the teaching study with making kindergarten the center, introspecting the existing problem originally of the teaching study with making kindergarten the center, exploring a countermeasure which effectively carry on the teaching study with making kindergarten the center
