摘　　要：日本是提出教师专业化较早的国家。日本能够拥有了一支堪称世界一流的教师队伍,这主要归功于日本在推进教师专业化过程中采取的卓有成效且富有特色的措施。我国正积极推进教师专业化,日本的许多做法都可供借鉴和学习。Professional development of Teachers in Japan is earlier. Japan has called world-class teachers.It mainly attributed to promoting the professionalism of teachers and taking the effective measures. China is actively promoting the professionalism of teachers. Many aspacts of Japan＇s practices are available for reference and learning.
