摘　　要：本研究考察了女性图书馆员的公众事务评价水平对其生活状况与职业发展的影响效力。T检验分析发现,图书馆女性员工对公众事务中生态环境、城市建设、交通状况、环境卫生、经济发展、社会治安、社会风尚、政府工作8项指标的评价态度,对其生活质量状况与工作满意度均产生了不同程度的积极影响。The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of public affairs of evaluation （改为 evaluation public affairs） of on the life and career development of female librarians. Based on T-test analysis, there is a positive relationship between eight components of public affairs of evaluation with the quality of life including eight dimensions and job satisfaction of female librarians in China.
