摘 要:目的选择水为提取溶剂,通过正交试验优化确定沱茶中茶多酚的最佳提取工艺,为工业化生产茶多酚提供理论依据.方法采用正交实验法优化沱茶中茶多酚的提取工艺,按2008年国标方法测定茶多酚含量.结果茶多酚最佳提取温度为70℃,料液比1:35,提取时间50min.结论本次研究获得的茶多酚提取工艺提取率高,成本低廉,提取方法简便易行,能够在中小企业中推广.Objective By choosing the water as extraction solvent and ssing the methods of orthogonal test to make sure the best way to extract the tea polyphenol from Yunnan Bowl Tea, and to provide theoretical basis for industrial production. Methods We used the Orthogonal test to optimize the water extraction the Tea polyphenol from Yunnan bowl tea and determined the content according to the National Standard code GB/T8313-2008. Results The best extraction temperature was 70 ℃ , the solid-liquid ratio wasl:35, extraction time was 50 min. Gonclusion The way to extract the tea polyphenol from Yunnan bowl tea in this study has the high extraction ratio, the low cost, simple and convenient operation and it can be used in the small and medium-sized enterprises.
