摘 要:为研究齿侧间隙这类非线性因素对直齿面齿轮传动系统的动态特性影响,建立了直齿面齿轮传动系统的动力学模型,并用定步长四阶龙格-库塔数值积分方法对系统的动力学微分方程进行求解。分析工作获得了对应不同激励频率Ω的面齿轮传动系统的简谐振动响应、非简谐单周期响应、多周期次谐振动响应以及混沌响应,利用时间历程、相平面、Poincaré映射以及Fourier频谱对各类响应进行了比较和分析,发现随着激励频率的变化,系统经倍周期分岔进入混沌,说明直齿面齿轮传动因齿侧间隙的存在而呈现出丰富的强非线性动力学特征。In order to reveal the dynamic characteristic effect of backlash on a face-gear drive system with spur involute pinion, the dynamic model of the face-gear drive system with spur involute pinion is presented and 4-step Runge-Kutta numerical integration algorithm of unvaried step size is used to solve the governing differential equa- tions in this paper. Harmonic, non-harmonic periodic-one, multi-period subharmonic and chaotic responses are obtained in analysis when the excitation frequency Ω is changed. With time histories, phase plane plots, Poincare maps and Fourier spectra, comparison and analysis of these responses are carried out, which shows that the system goes through the double period route to chaos with change of the excitation frequency. The results indicate that the backlash induces complicated nonlinear dynamic behavior in the face-gear drive with spur involute pinion. To a certain extent, the research reveals the influence of the nonlinear factors on dynamic characteristics of the face-gear drive with spur involute pinion.
