摘　　要："双元制"教育是一种新兴的成人学历教育方式。本文试从"双元制"教育推行过程中出现的问题着手,讨论解决推行中出现的问题,促进"双元制"教育的发展。＂Dual system＂ education is an emerging way of adult education. This article begins with problems during the implementation of ＂ dual system＂, and discusses possible solutions to the problems to promote the form of ＂ dual system＂ .
