摘  要:对部分新的和常用的货车摩擦减振器材料进行了比较系统的摩擦磨损试验,分析了7组不同配副材料的摩擦磨损性能及其影响因素.结果表明,T10与针状铸铁、高分子复合材料及少合金ADI球铁/ADI球铁配副的摩擦系数均小于45钢与ADI球铁配副;试验的所有摩擦副的重量磨损量均比传统的45钢与ADI摩擦副的磨损量小,T10与高分子复合材料配对的摩擦副磨损量最小;影响摩擦副摩擦磨损特性的主要因素有摩擦速率、摩擦表面的状况、材料的导热和蓄热能力及摩擦副材料的相溶性等.Friction and wear experiments were carried out on some new and normal kinds of materials of freight car damper. Friction and wear properties of different kinds of friction couple materials and influencing factors in this experiment were studied by 7 groups. The result shows that the friction coefficients of the friction couples, such as T10 and acicular iron ductile iron,polymer material, less-alloy ADI and ADI, are smaller than those between common 45 steel and ADI austempered ductile iron. The wear loss of 45 steel and ADI austempered ductile iron is the highest while T10 and polymer material friction couple is the least. The main influencing factors include friction velocity and friction surface state of the friction pair, heat conduction and storage properties and friction compatibility of the materials, and so on.
