摘　　要：我国职业教育校企合作无论在观念上还是在实践上都存在着许多问题。因此,应借鉴国外职业教育的成功经验,发挥政府的主导作用,通过倡导推动、法律法规和政策支持、组织协调和信息服务、监督管理、评估验收等措施,促进其向深层次发展。There are many problems either of conception or of practice in the school-enterprise cooperation in China. Therefore, it is of great necessity to learn from the successful experience of foreign higher vocational education and play the govemment＇s leading role in it. By measures such as promotion and advocacy, law and policy support, coordination and information service, supervision and management, assessment and inspection, higher vocational education will be further developed.
