中草药保鲜纸对小白菜保鲜效果的影响

摘　　要：以普通纸包装为对照,分别探讨了利用大黄保鲜纸、丁香保鲜纸以及大黄与丁香复合保鲜纸对小白菜的保鲜效果。结果表明:不同中草药保鲜纸均可降低小白菜贮藏期间呼吸强度,减少水分损失,延缓Vc和可滴定酸含量的下降。其中以大黄、丁香复合保鲜纸的保鲜效果最好,可使小白菜的货架寿命比对照延长2d。The preservation effects of Chinese Herbal Medicine Fresh - keeping papers （Rhubab Fresh - keeping papers, Galanga Fresh- keeping papers and its compound Fresh -keeping papers） on Pakehoi were studied compared with its in common paper package. The results showed that different Chinese Herbal Medicine treatments could inhibit the respiratory intensity and weight loss, delay the decrease of vitamin C and titratable acidity contents. The effect of Rhubab and Galanga compound Fresh - keeping papers was the best. It achieved the storage life of 5 days that was delayed 2 days of control experiment.
