摘 要:为判别NFC果汁与FC果汁,采用同位素比率质谱法(IRMS)对NFC、FC橙汁与苹果汁中水的δD、δ18O值进行了测定,结果表明NFC橙汁和苹果汁的δD与δ18O值均显著高于FC果汁,并且δD、δ18O值与NFC果汁含量呈二次回归关系,这个特点可用于NFC果汁含量的判别。本文为填补我国IRMS在果汁鉴伪中应用的空白,实现我国果汁标准与国际接轨,促进我国果汁出口具有重要意义。In order to achieve the identification of NFC and FC juice, the isotope ratio, δD and δ18O, of the water in NFC and FC orange juice and apple juice were determined by Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry (IRMS). Results showed that NFC (Not From Concentrated)juices had higher δD and δ18O value than the FC (From Concentrated) juices and the content of NFC juice in mixed juices could be estimated by a quadratic equation. It is an effective way for using IRMS in identifying of the NFC juice. This finding and its possible application is a great significance for upgrading the technical level of China national standard of juice and finally enhance the export of China-made juice to world market.
