摘　　要：本科生导师制是高校开展教育工作的新载体,是一项新的学生教育管理制度,它使专业教育与思想教育相结合,强调了个性化教育,体现了因材施教的原则,丰富了学生思想教育的内涵。要使本科生导师制取得满意的效果,必须发挥学校、教师、学生三方的主动性和积极性。Undergraduate tutorial system is a new carrier that a university carries out education and a new management system of student education, which can combine the specialty education with the ideological education, emphasizing personality education and embodying the principle of teaching in accordance of students＇aptitude, so as to enrich the connotation of ideological education of students. Only by giving play to the initiative and enthusiasm of schools, teachers and students, can a satisfactory effect be achieved in undergraduate tutorial system.
