摘  要:目的探讨儿科低年资护士护理实践能力培训大纲的内容与实施效果。方法制订“儿科低年资护士护理实践能力的培训大纲”68项;对15名低年资护士采用一对一责任制的临床带教方式,带教老师按培训大纲的内容逐个项目循序渐进地进行讲授、示范、模拟操作、临床带教。结果1年完全掌握的项目有57项,部分掌握11项,没有掌握的项目为零。低年资护士的服务态度、理论水平、技术水平、责任心较前均有明显提高(P〈0.05),医师、护士对低年资护士工作的综合评价也有明显提高。结论儿科低年资护士护理实践能力培训大纲的内容切合实际,项目具体,以此为依据进行有计划的系统培训.能使儿科低年资护士的服务理念、业务技能在短时间内能迅速提高。Objective To explore the contents and implementing effects of the training outline about practical competence of inexperienced nurses in department of pediatrics. Methods We formulated the training outline about nursing practical competence of inexperienced nurses in department of pediatrics,the outline included 68 content items. Fifteen inexperienced nurses were trained by one-on-one teaching in clinical setting,the teachers gave explanation,demonstration,simulated operation and clinical teaching according to the contents of training outline in the Step-by-Step method. Results At the end of the year the inexperienced nurses comprehended 57 content items and mastered partly 11 content items. The inexperienced nurses improved their service attitudes,theoretical level,technical level and responsibility(P〈0.05). The evaluation about inexperienced nurses by doctors and nurses was also evidently improved. Conclusions The contents of training outline about nursing practice competence of inexperienced nurses in department of pediatrics meeted the actual demand of clinical practice,its content items were specific. The outline was used as the basis for a planned system of training,and it made the service conception and the technical proficiency of profession of inexperienced nurses quickly improved in a short time.
