摘 要:以康宁木霉M7138为出发菌株,研究其发酵生产木聚糖酶过程中菌体生长与代谢规律。以Logistic和Luedeking-Piret方程为基础,根据实验数据X(t)、S(t)、P(t),获得Xm、μm、α、β等模型参数,通过非线性拟合,分别建立M7138发酵生产木聚糖酶过程中的菌体生长动力学模型、底物消耗动力学模型和产物合成动力学模型。模型预测值与实验值的比较表明,模型具有良好的适用性,M7138合成木聚糖酶的发酵属于部分生长偶联型。The stain was Trichoderma konlngli M7138 in this study. The basic taw of growth and metabolism of M7138 was studied with batch fermentation equipment. The experimental indexes included cell growth, sugar utilization and xylanase formation were obtained at different fermentation stage. And then kinetic model parameters were acquired. Based on the Logistic equation and Luedeking-Piret equation, the formula adapted to cell growth rate, sugar utilization rate and xylanase formation rate were inferred and the kinetic models were established. Non-linear curve fit of models and comparison between prediction value and experimental data showed that the kinetic models of cell growth, sugar utilization and xylanase formation were feasible and interest. Xylanase formation was partially associated with the growth of M7138 in all batch cultures.
