摘　　要：介绍了麦汁压滤机在啤酒规模化生产中的应用概况及使用注意事项。实践表明,使用麦汁过滤机来处理麦汁,可克服传统工艺使用过滤槽过滤麦汁的弊端,又能很好地满足麦汁过滤的基本要求,该方法过滤麦汁效率高,麦汁质量好,经济效益明显。The application and the notices of wort filter in beer production were introduced in this paper. The production practice suggested that the use of wort filter for wort treatment could not only get over the disadvantages of traditional filter tank but also meet the basic requirements of wort filtration. The use ofwort filter had the advantages including high-efficiency, high-quality wort and evident economic benefits.
