教育信息化环境下教师的作用定位与素质培养

摘  要:教育信息化是利用信息技术改革传统教育,促进教育现代化的过程,其中起主要作用的因素还是教师。随着媒体技术大量引入教育教学领域,出现了"教师的作用将被弱化甚至取代"的论调。教师作为重要的人力资源,担负着多种重要角色,应采取有效措施,从硬件、软件和相关制度建设方面入手,着力培养教师的信息素养,加快教师的专业化发展,让教师在信息化教学环境中发挥应有的作用。Information-oriented education is the process of using information technology to reform traditional education and to promote its modernization. The key factor in such a process is the teacher. The introduction of media technology to education has brought about the saying that "the function of teachers would be weakened or replaced". Teachers as an important manpower resource play many important roles in education. Efficient measures should be taken in the aspects of hardware, software and the establishment of relevant rides and regulations to enhance informational attainment of teachers, to speed up the professional development of teachers so as to bring the function of teachers into full play in the environment of information-oriented teaching.
