摘　　要：创新能力培养是博士生教育的核心。文化、精神、理念是美国博士生教育的基础。在招生制度上,只招收有能力的本意学习者是博士生创新能力培养的前提。以"问题为本"的课程学习和开放的培养形式是博士生创新能力培养的有力保证。Innovative talents cultivation is the core of doctoral education. In the US doctoral education,the base of innovative talents cultivation is culture ,spirit and ideal,and the precondition is the selection of new students whom are capable with original idea for doctoral education. Stressing problems in curriculum as well as exoteric cultivating form, ensure the innovative talents cultivation in America.
