摘  要:运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对高校体育选项课实施的现状进行了研究。认为体育选项课的教学效果是值得肯定的,但教学实践中仍有许多问题需要解决。研究认为:课程目标是教学活动的出发点和归宿,选项课模式首先必须建立明确的课程目标,即确定学生需要达到的预期标准;要从系统的角度出发,以课程目标为依据,创设和充分利用教学过程中的有利条件和积极因素,激发作为教学主体的学生主观能动地学习,采用最佳的途径与方法,才能有效地消除当前存在的种种弊端,圆满地达成课程目标。Based on discussing the current situation of implementation in PE college elective course by use of the combination of the documentary and logical analysis, the paper did preliminarily think that there were a lot questions to be required in the teaching although teaching effectiveness was good. Accordingly the advices and propositions were as fellows: (1) the pattern of PE college elective course firstly erected the explicit curriculum objective, namely college students should require to achieve the anticipation standard because the curriculum objective was the jumping--off place and end--result of teaching; (2 ) in order to effectively eliminate the existing shortcomings and successful fulfill to reach the goal, teaching should comply with these principles of the creating and making full use of favorable conditions and positive factors, making use of the best ways and means to stimulate students(as the main body of teaching ) to learn subjective initiative based on the system point of view and curriculum objectives.
