摘　　要：国际化、多元化、社会化是日本高等职业教育在培养目标、培养内容、培养机制上的创新。总结日本高等职业教育的人才培养模式优势,对我国的启示是:高等职业教育应加强生产经验与劳动技能的教学;从社会发展的实际需要中提炼、分析专业人才在知识、能力、素质方面的标准,制订符合社会岗位要求的多元性教育计划;尽快建立层次分明、体系健全的人才培养制度。Internationalization,diversification and socialization are the innovations on training objectives,training contents and training mechanisms of higher vocational education in Japan.Summed up the advantages of talent cultivation mode in higher vocational education in Japan,and its enlightenments to China are：higher vocational education should strengthen the teaching of production experiences and labor skills;extract and analyze the standard of knowledge,ability and quality of specialty talents from practical demand of society and make pluralistic educational project suitable for social post demand; build the talent cultivation system of clear levels and optimistic system as soon as possible.
