摘　　要：高等院校实施本科生导师制既是深化学分制改革的必然要求,也是对学生进行素质教育的有效手段.结合河南师范大学物理教育专业正在积极探索和试行的本科生导师制,指出了实施中存在的问题,并对如何完善导师制给出了一些意见和建议.The tutorial system for undergraduates is the result of credit system and is an effective system for quality education. For the case of Henan Normal University, we point out that there are some problems in the implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates. A comprehensive system should be established to standardize the tutorial work.
