摘　　要：探讨了网络环境下我国高校图书馆员继续教育的必要性,分析了目前我国高校图书馆员继续教育存在的问题,提出了网络环境下高校图书馆员继续教育的培养途径。This paper discuses the necessity of continuous education about university librarians under network environment, the present situation and problems of university librarians. At the same time, the ways of continuous education are put forward.
