摘　　要：专业是高职院校办学方向和特色的具体体现,专业设置是联系社会和学校的重要纽带,是构成高职院校核心竞争力的关键要素。地方多科性高职院校的专业设置,要以市场需求为导向,根据区域支柱产业及发展方向设置主体专业;要面向现代服务业职业岗位群,构建服务类专业群;要紧跟市场发展变化,密切关注人才需求新动向,积极寻找新的专业增长点,不断提升学校的核心竞争力。Programs offered by a higher vocational college express its direction and characteristics of higher vocational education. Program development is an important link connecting the society and school. It is the key element that forms the core competitiveness of a higher vocational college. The program development in the local multi-disciplines vocational colleges should be oriented to market demand and the major programs should be determined on what the pillar industries and direction of economic development are. The cluster of service programs should be developed according to the professional posts in the service industry. The developers should keep up with the market development and changes, pay attention to the demand for new talents, seek new areas for program development to continuously upgrade the core competitiveness of the school.
