摘　　要：学科制度促成了人才培养的制度化,同时也制约和束缚了人才培养的创造性和灵活性。学科制度的刚性及其局限所导致的学科和人才培养危机,要求从学科制度理念和学科组织上进行创新,唯有如此,才能在人才培养模式改革上取得突破,提高所培养的人才的创新意识和创新能力。Disciplinary system has not only led to the institutionalization of talent cultivation, but also restricted and shackled the creativity and flexibility of talent cultivation. The crisis about discipline itself and talent cultivation caused by the rigidity and limitation of disciplinary system requires that only with the innovation of disciplinary idea and disciplinary organization can bring the breakthrough and success to the reform of talent cultivation system. Only in this way can the innovative consciousness and ability of innovative talent be improved.
