缄默知识理论观照下的新型教学模式构建

摘　　要：传统教学模式在教学中只是关注显性知识的存在、获得和传授,忽视了课堂中、学生自身以及师生交往中大量存在的缄默知识。但缄默知识的存在会对课堂上将要学习的显性知识的理解和运用造成影响。因此,从缄默知识的视角提出了"情境创设——对话讨论——体悟反思"的新型教学模式。The traditional teaching model concerns the existence,acquisition and the impartation of explicit knowledge,but ignores a large quantity of tacit knowledge,which exists in the intercourses between teachers and students in classroom.However,the tacit knowledge can affect the students in learning and understanding the explicit knowledge.Therefore,this paper brings forward a new teaching model: situation setting——discussion——introspection.
